Players ask me why they need to follow through over the shoulder. The follow through is a very important part of the groundstroke. The Saying is do a low to high swing.
Coaching Tip
Once you have contacted the ball you need to keep the momentum going and get the racket over your shoulder. Aim to get your non dominant shoulder pointing forwards. The but of the racket will be facing forward.
